返金ポリシー

Naomi World Communicationsのオンライン講座には「30日間 全額返金保証」がついています。安心してご購入いただけるよう、返金の条件を以下にまとめました。

オンライン講座：30日間 全額返金保証

ご購入日から30日以内で、次のどちらかに当てはまる場合は、講座の代金を全額返金いたします。

• 試してみて合わないと感じた場合：受講したレッスンが講座全体の30%未満であれば、理由はお尋ねしません。
• 最後まで取り組んでも成果を感じられなかった場合：講座のすべてのレッスンを終えたうえで、合わなかった点を一言添えてご連絡ください。

30%以上を受講して、まだ最後まで終えていない場合は、まず講座を最後までお試しください（その時点で上の2つめの条件に当てはまれば返金いたします）。返金は1つの講座につき1回までです。返金されると、その講座の受講権と修了スタンプは取り消されます。

セット購入・追加購入・割引

ご注文時に一緒に追加したコースは、元のご注文とまとめて返金します。お支払い後にご案内する追加のコースは別のご注文として、そのご購入日から30日以内であれば同じ条件で返金します。セール価格やクーポンでのご購入は、実際にお支払いいただいた金額を返金します。

メンバーシップ（定期購読）

いつでも解約でき、次回の更新日以降のご請求は発生しません。初めてご登録いただいた方は、初回のお支払いから30日以内であれば全額返金いたします。更新分のお支払いは返金の対象外です。

分割払い

分割払いでご購入の講座も、上記と同じ条件で返金いたします。返金が成立した場合、残りのお支払いはすべて取り消されます。

ライブレッスン（個別・グループ）

ご予約済みのセッションのキャンセル・返金は、ご利用規約のキャンセルポリシーに従います。未使用のレッスンクレジット（回数券）は、ご購入日から14日以内であれば全額返金いたします。有効期限が切れたクレジットは返金の対象外です。

メールサポート

Naomiが返信する前であれば、全額返金いたします。返信後の返金はいたしかねます。

返金の申請方法

ご購入時の確認メールにご返信いただき、講座名と返金を希望される旨をお知らせください（最後まで受講された方は、合わなかった点も一言お書き添えください）。返金が承認された場合、5〜10営業日以内に、ご購入時と同じお支払い方法へ返金いたします。日本円でのお支払いは日本円で返金いたします。カード会社によって、明細への反映に時間がかかる場合があります。

返金をお断りする場合

不正な利用、ご利用規約への違反、返金制度の繰り返しのご利用、教材（PDFなど）の大部分をダウンロードした後のご依頼など、制度の乱用と判断される場合は、返金をお断りすることがあります。本ポリシーは、法律で認められたお客様の権利を制限するものではありません。

Online courses: 30-day money-back guarantee

Within 30 days of purchase, you get a full refund of the course price in either of these cases:

• You tried it and it isn't for you: if you've completed less than 30% of the course's lessons, no questions asked.
• You did the work and it didn't help: complete every lesson in the course, then tell us briefly what didn't work for you.

If you've completed 30% or more but haven't finished, please work through the rest of the course first (once you've finished, the second case applies). Each course can be refunded once. A refund ends your access to the course and removes its completion stamp.

Bundles, add-ons and discounts

A course you added to your order at checkout is refunded together with that order. An extra course offered after payment is a separate order, refundable on the same terms within 30 days of buying it. Sale-price and coupon purchases are refunded at the amount you actually paid.

Memberships (subscriptions)

Cancel anytime; you won't be charged again after your next renewal date. If it's your first membership, cancel within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. Renewal payments are not refundable.

Payment plans

Courses bought on a payment plan are refunded under the same terms. If a refund is approved, all remaining installments are canceled.

Live lessons (one-to-one and group)

Cancellations and refunds for booked sessions follow the cancellation policy in our Terms & Conditions. Unused lesson credits (lesson packs) are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase. Expired credits are not refundable.

Email support

Fully refundable until Naomi has replied. No refunds after a reply has been sent.

How to request a refund

Reply to your purchase confirmation email with the course name and let us know you'd like a refund (if you finished the course, add a line on what didn't work for you). Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Payments made in Japanese yen are refunded in yen. Your card issuer may take extra time to show it on your statement.

When refunds may be declined

We may decline refunds in cases of fraud, a breach of our Terms & Conditions, repeated use of the refund policy, or a request after most of the materials (such as PDFs) have been downloaded. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
